I've been asked how strong this Lexan is.  Here is an example from a scrap piece. (next 2 photos courtesy of my son Matthew)

The Tray Weasel is designed to lock into the gray honeycomb trays.  It holds the mail at about a 60 degree angle.  It allows you to pull all the mail up close to minimize stretching and twisting to reach the mail at the back of the tray.  It makes the work easier on my back because I don't have to twist and stretch as much.  These are hand made by me personally.  I test each one.  They are made from wood, Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene and Lexan.  The Lexan is 250 times stronger than glass.
